DeHealth Foundation by Anna Bondarenko and Denys Tsvaig Surpasses $3.2 Million in Medical Aid to Ukraine

Alongside the Foundation's activities, Bondarenko is developing her own public economic agenda focused on Ukraine's long-term economic development and independence.

Since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the DeHealth Charitable Foundation has organized more than 200 targeted deliveries of medical and humanitarian aid, with a total documented value exceeding USD 3.2 million. More than 50 military units and other recipients across Ukraine have received support through the Foundation. The assistance has been secured through an international network rather than through monetary fundraising among Ukrainian citizens.

For Bondarenko, humanitarian assistance addresses only one part of a much larger challenge. The key question now, in her view, is what economic model can make Ukraine stronger and more resilient for decades to come.

According to the Foundation, virtually identical materials have appeared across numerous websites, mirror domains, and recently created online resources, resulting in multiple copies of the same allegations being distributed across the internet.

The origins of some of the resources involved in this distribution have raised concerns. Certain websites within this ecosystem have previously been subject to sanctions, blocking, or other official restrictions, while some resources have been associated with the pro-Russian information environment.

DeHealth and its founders emphasize that the ownership, affiliations, and sanctions status of each individual website should be assessed separately and established on the basis of official information.

The latest wave of publications emerged after a number of previously published URLs were de-indexed from or restricted in certain Google search results following requests submitted under mechanisms provided by European data protection law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

"Repeating a claim does not turn it into a fact. When virtually identical allegations appear across numerous mirror websites, it is important to establish where they originated, what evidence supports them, and how they are being distributed," stated Denys Tsvaig, co-founder of Dehealth.

DeHealth and its founders emphasize that removing a page from search results does not mean deleting the article from the website on which it was originally published. The original material may remain accessible online even if a particular URL no longer appears in certain search results.

For DeHealth and its founders, the humanitarian mission continues to be measured by concrete results: more than 200 targeted deliveries and over USD 3.2 million in documented assistance since the beginning of the full-scale invasion.
